Beth O'Brien is a Senior Account Manager at Long Term Care Partners, LLC, which administers the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP).

Before joining Long Term Care Partners, Ms. O'Brien was a Senior Insurance Marketing Manager for John Hancock's Bank and Broker/Dealer distribution channels. Before that, she supported John Hancock’s Long Term Care Insurance products in numerous capacities, including Marketing Consultant, Product Manager, and Internal Wholesaler.

At Long Term Care Partners, Ms. O'Brien also supports the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's training efforts for Agency Benefits Officers. She also works to promote the FLTCIP through high-profile affinity groups such as Federally Employed Women, Blacks in Government, and the National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees.

Ms. O'Brien holds a Master's degree in Latin from Boston College, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor's degree in Classics from Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. She has earned numerous financial industry licenses including Series 6, 63, 7, and Life, Accident, & Health. Ms. O’Brien is also a Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC), Long Term Care Professional (LTCP), and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).
