Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program Account Manager Bill Martin

Bill Martin is a member of the Program Promotion Department, and serves as a Senior Account Manager at Long Term Care Partners, LLC, which administers the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP).

Before joining Long Term Care Partners, Mr. Martin was a part owner of Back Office Solutions, LLC, a payroll and benefits administration firm, where he served in an account management capacity. He also spent five years as an account executive in the professional employment industry as well as thirteen years in the banking industry. A former Treasurer of the town of Greenland, NH, Mr. Martin is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Mr. Martin is certified by the Corporation for Long Term Care as a Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC) and is also certified by the Health Insurance Association of America as a Long Term Care Professional (LTCP).

Mr. Martin holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and has completed numerous banking courses through the American Institute of Banking and Robert Morris Associates. He resides in Greenland, NH.
