Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program Account Manager Tom Bebbington

Matt Piper is an Account Manager at Long Term Care Partners, LLC, which administers the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP).

Matt joined Long Term Care Partners in 2002 as a Long Term Care Consultant, assisting members of the Federal Family with all aspects of the application process. He became Team Leader of the group in 2005, where his duties included training, quality assurance, and the oversight of daily operations. In addition to these duties, Matt conducted over 100 educational seminars across the country at Federal agencies, U.S. Postal sites, and Military installations.

As Account Manager, Matt continues to conduct seminars and works with more than thirty Agency Benefits Officers to help educate the Federal employees about the importance of long term care planning.

Matt is certified by the Corporation for Long Term Care as a Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC) and is also certified by the Health Insurance Association of America as a Long Term Care Professional (LTCP). He currently lives in Barrington, NH.
