Material Replacement Instructions

In June 2005 we introduced the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program's rebranded educational materials. If you received materials prior to June 2005, you need to discard the old materials and replace them with our new materials. Below is a list of the new materials now available, instructions on what old materials they are meant to replace, and examples of the old materials and our new materials. New Hire Brochure FED02895	Please discard old New Hire brochures and replace with the new one.
FLTCIP Video New!	The new FLTCIP Video replaces all prior Program videos, including copies of U.S. Office of Personnel Management Satellite Broadcasts. Please discard your supplies of prior FLTCIP videos and replace with this new one.	N/A	N/A
Full Underwriting  Information Kit (# 02) - and - Abbreviated Underwriting Information Kit (# 01)	Please discard all old Information Kits and applications (both full and abbreviated). Order only a few new kits to keep on hand for reference and urgent requests. For employees interested in receiving an Information Kit and application have them complete the Business Reply Card in either the Program Overview or New Hire brochure, go to the Information and Forms section, or call us.
