Federal family members can review FLTCIP basics in this brochure while they are waiting for their personalized FLTCIP information kit and application to arrive.
Benefits and Features Worksheet	N/A	This worksheet is designed to help you and your employees compare benefits offered under the FLTCIP with those offered under other long term care insurance plans on the market. The worksheet is based on the worksheet in A Shopper's Guide to Long-Term Care Insurance, a publication developed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) to help potential purchasers of long term care insurance.
New hires/newly eligible employees only Information kit and abbreviated underwriting application	# 01	Kit includes educational books and materials as well as an abbreviated underwriting application for new hires/newly eligible employees. To be used only within 60 days of hire/newly eligible status. After the 60-day period, these individuals can still apply for coverage but must use the full underwriting application.	(Approx. 9 MB)*
