Long Term Care Partners Account Managers give presentations on the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) throughout the country. These presentations are free of charge. And, all Account Managers are not only experts on the FLTCIP product, but also extremely well-versed about the long term care insurance and long term care industries.

Include the following information with your seminar request:

1. Name of the primary contact person as well as that person's address, phone number, and email address
2. Date, time, and location you would like to have the presentation
3. An estimated audience size
4. Shipping instructions on where to send materials to including agency name / military base, building and room number, city, and state
