Long Term Care Partners, LLC (LTCP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of John Hancock Financial Services, Inc., (John Hancock), and administers the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). John Hancock is the nation’s largest carrier of group long term care insurance.

Long Term Care Partners also administers BENEFEDS, which provides enrollment and premium administration services for the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) and manages allotments for the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS).

LTCP is led by Chief Executive Officer Paul E. Forte, a veteran of the long-term care insurance industry. LTCP is located at Pease International Tradeport in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and employs more than 200 people.
