Working Together

John Hancock Life Insurance Company (John Hancock) and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife), two of the leading long term care insurance companies, provide the insurance coverage for the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). They have also partnered to form Long Term Care Partners to administer the FLTCIP.

John Hancock and MetLife bring significant experience in the long term care insurance marketplace, including having insured nearly a million people for this type of coverage, maintaining some of the strongest financial and claims payment ratings, and being industry leaders on issues pertaining to aging.
