Applying for Coverage Under the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP)
Anyone who is eligible to apply for coverage under the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program and wishes to do so must complete the appropriate application. We must approve your application in order for your coverage to become effective. Certain medical conditions, or combinations of conditions, will prevent some people from being approved for coverage. You must apply to know if you are eligible to enroll.
