Applying for Coverage Under the Federal Program

Alternative Insurance Plan & Service Package

  1. Can you tell me more about the alternative insurance plan and the service package?

  2. Is the Alternative Insurance Plan available to employees, active members of the uniformed services, and their spouses who submit a full underwriting application and are not approved to enroll in the insurance they applied for?

1. Can you tell me more about the alternative insurance plan and the service package?

Everyone who is denied standard coverage will receive information about either the Alternative Insurance Plan or the Service Package from Long Term Care Partners to review at no obligation.

The information will describe what is available in lieu of the standard insurance - either the Alternative Insurance Plan and/or the Service Package. Individuals who are offered both can decide which, if any, they wish to purchase.
