The Facilities-Only Option covers
services (including
respite care) provided in a nursing home, assisted living
facility and hospice facility. Charges for these services are
covered up to 100% of your
Daily Benefit Amount (DBA). The Comprehensive Option (Facilities plus “at home” care) covers services (including respite care) provided in a nursing home, assisted living facility, and hospice facility. Charges for these services are covered up to 100% of your DBA. In addition, the Comprehensive Option covers home care, adult day care and respite services at home. Charges for these services are covered up to 75% of your DBA. Hospice care at home is also covered under this option up to 100% of your DBA. Get more information about the
