As an enrollee, your qualified relatives have access to our care coordination services, even if they're not enrolled in the FLTCIP. Our care coordinators are registered nurses experienced in long term care.

Below are some of the services our care coordinators offer. They can:

  • provide general information about long term care services
  • assess and approve your need for long term care services
  • develop a plan for long term care services
  • monitor and reassess from time to time the long term care services that you receive
  • provide access to discounts for services, when available

• automatic bank withdrawal
